The Dismal Niche Orchestra
This is the band that played at my Ribbon Cutting/Opening. They were terrific and drew a crowd of music lovers as well as art lovers. The one in the red beret is Jeff Harnes who is a member of TV Artists, an accomplished woodcarver. Check him out at TV Artists.

 

 Rose Goblins --- Rose Festival Art Show Reject

I entered this inthe Rose Festival Art Show and received a postcard saying, "Sorry, your artwork was not accepted."  What do you think? I don't think they even saw the little faces... or maybe that is why they rejected it.
